The Apple Brandy Sour is a brandy-based autumn cocktail recipe that was created by Jassy Davis. This variation was adapted from her book Winter Warmers: 60 Cosy Cocktails for Autumn & Winter.

Apple Brandy Sour Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 2 oz Apple Brandy
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
 ½ oz Maple Syrup
 ½ oz Egg White
 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
 1 Cherry

Add apple brandy, lemon juice, maple syrup, egg white, bitters, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Remove ice from shaker.

Dry shake for 5-10 more seconds to emulsify egg.

Strain into a sour glass.

Garnish with cherry.
