The Bamboo is a sherry-based cocktail recipe that was created by Louis Eppinger in the late 1800s. This variation was adapted from The Essential Cocktail Book by the editors of PUNCH and Megan Krigbaum.

Bamboo Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 ½ oz Dry Sherry
 1 ½ oz Dry Vermouth
 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
 2 dashes Orange Bitters
 1 Lemon Twist
Method

Add sherry, dry vermouth, aromatic bitters, orange bitters, and cubed ice to a mixing glass.

Stir for 30-45 seconds.
