The Bijou is a gin-based cocktail recipe that was created by Harry Johnson and included in his book The Bartenders Manual. This variation was adapted from The Essential Cocktail Book by the editors of PUNCH and Megan Krigbaum.

Bijou Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 oz Gin
 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
 ¾ oz Green Chartreuse
 1 dash Orange Bitters
 1 Cherry

Add gin, sweet vermouth, Green Chartreuse, bitters, and cubed ice to a mixing glass.

Stir for 30-45 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass.
