The British 75 is a sparkling wine and gin-based cocktail recipe that was created by Highclere Castle London Dry Gin. This variation was adapted from their head bartender's manual.
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cubed ice to a shaker.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with lemon wedge.
