The De Rigueur is a whisky-based cocktail recipe that was created by Harry Craddock and included in The Savoy Cocktail Book. This variation was adapted from The Art of Vintage Cocktails by Stephanie Rosenbaum.

De Rigueur Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 ½ oz Scotch
 ¾ oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
 ½ oz Homemade Honey Syrup (Click for Recipe)
 1 Grapefruit Wedge
Method

Add Scotch, pink grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
