Desert Bird Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 oz Tequila
 ½ oz Mezcal
 ¾ oz Homemade Pineapple Gum Syrup (Click for Recipe)
 ½ oz Campari
 ½ oz Lime Juice
 3 drops Saline Solution
 1 Lime Wheel

Add tequila, mezcal, pineapple gum syrup, Campari, lime juice, saline solution, and ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with lime wheel.
