The Fog Cutter is a rum, brandy, gin, and sherry-based cocktail recipe that was created by Victor Bergeron at Trader Vic’s in San Francisco, California. This variation was adapted from Easy Tiki: A Modern Revival with 60 Recipes by Chloe Frechette.

Fog Cutter Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 oz White Rum
 ½ oz Cognac
 ½ oz Gin
 ½ oz Amontillado Sherry
 ½ oz Orange Curaçao
 1 oz Lemon Juice
 ¾ oz Orgeat Syrup
 1 Orange Peel
 1 Mint Sprig
 1 Orchid Blossom
Method

Add rum, brandy, gin, sherry, orange curaçao, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Strain into a tiki glass over fresh cracked ice.

Garnish with orange peel, mint sprig, orchid, and straw.
