Gaelic Flip Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 ¼ oz Irish Whiskey
 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  oz Homemade Simple Syrup (Click for Recipe)
 1 tsp Allspice Liqueur
 1 Egg
 Grated Nutmeg

Add whiskey, sweet vermouth, simple syrup, allspice liqueur, egg white, egg yolk, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Remove ice from shaker.

Dry shake for 5-10 more seconds to emulsify egg.

Strain into an Irish coffee mug.

Garnish with grated nutmeg.
