The Grand Galliano is a liqueur-based Christmas cocktail recipe that was created by Nick Mautone. This variation was adapted from his book The Artisanal Kitchen: Holiday Cocktails.
Add Galliano, orange curaçao, heavy cream, and cubed ice to a shaker.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange twist.
