The Hop Over is a beer and genever-based cocktail recipe that was created by Tom Richter at Dear Irving in New York City, New York. This variation was adapted from The Essential Cocktail Book by the editors of PUNCH and Megan Krigbaum.

Hop Over Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 3 oz Hoppy IPA
 1 oz Genever
 ¾ oz Velvet Falernum Liqueur
 ½ oz Lemon Juice
 2 dashes Orange Flower Water
 1 Lemon Wheel

Add genever, velvet falernum liqueur, orange flower water, and cracked ice to a pint glass.

Top with beer.
