The Jamaican Mule is a rum-based tiki cocktail recipe that was created by Jelani Johnson at Clover Club in New York City, New York. This variation was adapted from Easy Tiki: A Modern Revival with 60 Recipes by Chloe Frechette.

Jamaican Mule Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 2 oz Dark Rum
 1 oz Homemade Ginger Syrup (Click for Recipe)
 ¾ oz Lime Juice
 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
 2 Pieces Candied Ginger
 1 Lime Slice
 1 Orchid Blossom

Add rum, ginger syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, bitters, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Strain into a highball glass or tiki glass over fresh cracked ice.

Garnish with candied ginger, lime wheel, and orchid blossom.
