The Latin Trifecta is a tequila and sherry-based cocktail recipe that was created by Jamie Bordreau at Canon Whiskey & Bitters Emporium in Seattle, Washington. This variation was adapted from The Essential Cocktail Book by the editors of PUNCH and Megan Krigbaum.

Latin Trifecta Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 oz Tequila
 1 oz Cynar
 ½ oz Dry Sherry
 3 dashes Orange Bitters
 1 Orange Peel
Method

Add tequila, Cynar, sherry, orange bitters, and cubed ice to a mixing glass.

Stir for 30-45 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Flame orange peel and add to glass as garnish.
