The Mocha Rum Toddy is a coffee-flavored rum-based cocktail recipe that was created by Nick Mautone. This variation was adapted from his book The Artisanal Kitchen: Holiday Cocktails.
Make a pot of coffee.
Pour 4 oz coffee into an Irish coffee mug.
Add rum, dark crème de cacao, and simple syrup.
Stir for 10-15 seconds.
Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
