The Partridge in a Pear Tree is a sparkling wine-based cocktail recipe that was created by Jessica Strand. This variation was adapted from her book Very Merry Cocktails: 50+ Festive Drinks for the Holiday Season.
Add pear eau de vie, pine syrup, and bitters to a cocktail glass.
Stir gently for 3-5 seconds.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with pear wedge.
