Pompelmo Sour Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 ½ oz Gin
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
 ½ oz Amaro Montenegro
 ½ oz Grapefruit Oleo-Saccharum
 ½ oz Egg White
 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
 1 Grapefruit Peel

Add gin, lemon juice, Amaro Montenegro, grapefruit oleo-saccharum, egg white, bitters, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Remove ice from shaker.

Dry shake for 5-10 more seconds to emulsify egg.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with grapefruit peel.
