 1 ¾ oz Irish Whiskey
 ¾ oz Homemade Honey Ginger Syrup
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
 ½ oz Egg White
 ¼ oz Islay Scotch
 Edible Gold Flakes

Add Irish whiskey, ginger honey syrup, lemon juice, egg white, Scotch, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Remove ice from shaker.

Dry shake for 5-10 more seconds to emulsify egg.
