Rhubarb & Gingerbread Negroni Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 oz Rhubarb Gin
 ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
 ¾ oz Campari
 ¼ oz Homemade Gingerbread Syrup (Click for Recipe)
 1 Orange Peel

Add rhubarb gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, gingerbread syrup, and cubed ice to a mixing glass.

Stir for 30-45 seconds.

Strain into a lowball glass over a clear ice cube.

Garnish with orange peel.
