The Seelbach is a whiskey and sparkling wine-based cocktail recipe that was created in the 1990s by Adam Seger at the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. This variation was adapted from Winter Drinks: 70 Essential Cold-Weather Cocktails by the editors of PUNCH.

Seelbach Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 3 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
 1 oz Bourbon
 ½ oz Triple Sec
 7 dashes Aromatic Bitters
 7 dashes Creole Bitters
 1 Orange Twist
Method

Add bourbon, triple sec, aromatic bitters, Creole bitters, and cubed ice to a mixing glass.

Stir for 30-45 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass.
