The Sicilian Pour Over is a beer-based cocktail recipe that was created by Jon and Lindsay Yeager in Nashville, Tennessee. This variation was adapted from their book The Ultimate Guide to Beer Cocktails: 50 Creative Recipes for Combining Beer & Booze.
Add Amaro Montenegro, cardamom bitters, and cracked ice to a lowball glass.
Top with beer.
Stir for 5-10 seconds.
Garnish with orange peel.
