Spring's First Bloom Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
 1 ½ oz Gin
 ¾ oz Lemongrass Syrup
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
 ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
 ½ oz Egg White
 1 dash Lavender Bitters
 Microgreen Leaves

Add gin, lemongrass syrup, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, egg white, lavender bitters, and cubed ice to a shaker.

Shake for 10-20 seconds.

Remove ice from shaker.

Dry shake for 5-10 more seconds to emulsify egg.

Strain into a cocktail glass.
