The Little Donkey is a vodka-based Christmas cocktail recipe that was created by Emma Stokes. This variation was adapted from her book Have Yourself a Merry Little Cocktail: 80 Cheerful Tipples to Warm Up Winter.
Add vodka, gingerbread syrup, lime juice, and cubed ice to a shaker.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Strain into a lowball glass over fresh cracked ice.
Stir gently for 3-5 seconds.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
