About This Shrub
This is a simple recipe for a homemade cranberry shrub made on the stovetop. I specifically made this one for the Poinsettia Cooler recipe.
Recipe
Add cranberries, apple cider vinegar, and white sugar to a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Gently crush cranberries with a muddler.
Cover pan, then continue cooking for 4-5 more minutes.
Pour mixture through a fine strainer into a container.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
