The Florodora is a classic gin cocktail that is believed to have been created in the early 1900s for patrons of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel after seeing Owen Hall’s Edwardian Broadway show. The drink is named for the Florodora Sextette, six gorgeous dancers who opened the musical comedy.

Gin Lime Juice Homemade Raspberry Syrup* Simple Syrup  Ginger Ale Lime Slice Raspberries

Add raspberries and syrups to a shaker. Muddle gently. Add gin, lime juice, and ice.  Shake for 10-20 seconds.  Double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime slice and raspberries.
