how to make the

French 75

about this

The French 75 is a classic cocktail that was created in the early 1900s by Harry MacElhone at Harry's New York Bar in Paris, France.

Cocktail

Although traditionally made with sparkling wine and gin, David A. Embury insisted in 1948 that it be made with brandy instead, so this version calls for Armagnac.
