Thanksgiving Sparkler

about this

The Thanksgiving Sparkler is an autumn cocktail that was created by Nick Mautone of Rainbow Room in New York.

Cocktail

It is a fall-inspired variation of the French 75, a classic sparkling wine cocktail. This version uses brandy as the base spirit instead of gin and adds pumpkin and baking spices for more complexity.
